ESPORTS CONTRACT

This contract is established and signed this [DATE] between [YOUR NAME], [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (also known as the 'Company'), and [PLAYER'S NAME], [PLAYERS ADDRESS] (also referred to as 'Player').

1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The commencement of the term for this Contract is slated to begin starting the first day of January in the year 2050. The duration is expected to persist and carry on through to the end of December, specifically the thirty-first day, in the same year of 2050. However, the above-stated timeframe is supposedly continuous unless there arises an eventuality of this Contract being terminated at an earlier time. The mechanism and provisions for such an early termination, unless otherwise stated, shall be as defined and explained within the clauses of this Contract.

2. SERVICES

The individual, known herein as 'The Player', confirms this Contract to offer their professional esports playing services. This provision of services is to be carried out exclusively for the entity named 'The Company'. This will be accomplished by, and strictly adhering to, the terms, stipulations, and conditions that have been explicitly outlined within the contents of this Contract.

3. COMPENSATION

The corporation or company has come to a contract in which they will deliver a monthly payment to the Player. This monthly payment amounts to a sum of $5,000. As specified in the agreement, the scheduled payment day by the Company to the Player is the 15th day of every month.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLAYER

The Player shall provide high-limited level esports playing service, participate in promotional activities, and other services reasonably requested by the Company. The Player also agrees to conduct oneself in a professional and sportsmanlike manner.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Player agrees to keep confidential all non-public, confidential, and proprietary information of the Company and not to disclose it to any third party without first obtaining the Company's written consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The individual participating as the Player at this moment recognizes and concurs that all rights about intellectual property that are associated with any works, materials, or content that the company supplies are either owned by the Company itself or come under a license granted to the Company.

7. INDEMNITY

The Player agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Player's performance of the Services or breach of this Contract.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of JURISDICTION.
