FOOD TRUCK CONTRACT
This Food Truck Event Catering Contract (hereafter referred to as "Contract") dated [CONTRACT DATE] is entered into by and between the undersigned:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Provider, [YOUR COMPANY NAME], hereby agrees to provide comprehensive food catering services for the Client's event, a corporate conference, scheduled to take place on May 5th, 2055, at the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel, 123 Main Street, Cityville, State, Zip Code. The exact menu items to be served during the event will be predetermined through collaborative discussions between both parties and subsequently documented as an addendum to this Contract.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to compensate the Provider, [YOUR COMPANY NAME], the total sum of $5000 for the provision of catering services for the aforementioned event. This payment is to be remitted in full on or before April 25th, 2055, which is hereby designated as the PAYMENT DUE DATE.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Client decides to cancel the Contract, they must do so in a written format. This written cancellation should be made no less than 14 days before the actual date of the event. It should be noted that a cancellation fee might be charged. This potential fee will be outlined and explained in the terms and conditions detailed within the contract.
4. LIABILITY
The Provider is obligated to ensure that they have all the necessary insurance policies and licenses required by the governing law. In addition to this, any damage or incidents that are service-related fall within the Provider's responsibility, requiring that any such occurrences are resolved and handled appropriately by the Provider. Thus, it explicitly states that the Provider is responsible for any harm or episodes related to the service they offer.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from this Contract will first attempt to be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, legal action may be pursued in the jurisdiction of the Provider's location.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire contract between the Client and the Provider and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Contract.
This Contract may be modified in writing and must be signed by both the Client and the Provider. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings, or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Contract.
Both the Client and the Provider acknowledge and represent that they have fully read and understand this Contract, are aware of its contents and legal effects, and have the authority to execute this Contract.
