3. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing Necessities: The owner agrees to provide all necessary items for the care of their dog(s) during their stay at the company's facility. This includes food, medication, and any other special care items that the dog requires.

  • Covering Veterinary Costs: The owner is responsible for any veterinary costs that may arise due to the health or condition of the dog(s) during their stay at the company's facility. This includes expenses related to illness, injury, or any other medical needs that may arise.

4. BOARDING FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES

This section delineates the responsibilities of the boarding facility:

  • Care and Attention: The company agrees to provide the boarded dog(s) with care and attention during their stay. This includes ensuring the dog's well-being, attending to their needs, and providing necessary interaction and supervision.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

The Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or demands, whether or not for damage or injury to persons, including death, or property, arising out of or incident to the Owner’s dog’s stay at the Company’s facility.
