3. Rent

4. Security Deposit

6. Use of Premises

Tenant shall not sublet the room or assign this Contract to any other person without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

The landlord shall be responsible for maintenance and repairs to the room, except for damages caused by the Tenant's negligence or intentional acts.

8. Entry by Landlord

Landlord shall have the right to enter the apartment at reasonable times for purposes of inspection, maintenance, or repairs, upon giving Tenant 24 hours' notice, except in cases of emergency.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Contract upon 30 days written notice to the other party.

  • Tenant shall vacate the premises upon termination of this Contract and return possession of the room to the Landlord in the same condition as when received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

10. Governing Law

11. Entire Agreement
