Barter Contract

1. Background

Both Party A and Party B wish to engage in a mutually beneficial barter arrangement whereby each party will exchange goods or services of equivalent value.

Party A agrees to provide the following goods/services: Website development services, including design, coding, and implementation of custom features tailored to the client's specifications.
Party B agrees to provide the following goods/services: Marketing and advertising consultancy, encompassing market analysis, campaign strategy development, and execution across various platforms.

3. Value and Equivalency

Both parties acknowledge that the goods/services exchanged under this Contract have been mutually agreed upon to be of equal value.

4. Term

5. Delivery and Acceptance
