EVENT VENDOR CONTRACT

This Event Catering Services Contract ("Contract") is made as of [Date], by and between [YOUR Name], located at [YOUR COMPANY Address] ("Client"), and [Vendor's Name], located at [Vendor's Address] ("Caterer").

2. Services Provided

The Caterer agrees to provide comprehensive food and beverage services as detailed herein. Services include personalized menu planning, meal preparation using high-quality ingredients, timely delivery, professional setup, attentive service to guests throughout the event, and thorough cleanup afterward. Additionally, the Caterer will provide all necessary serving equipment, utensils, and table linens. Dietary restrictions and special requests will be accommodated to ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.

3. Menu and Dietary Requirements

A diverse menu catering to various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options, will be finalized 30 days before the event. The Caterer ensures the use of high-quality ingredients and strict adherence to food safety standards to accommodate all guests' dietary requirements efficiently.

4. Payment Terms

  • Total Fee: $10,000

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is due upon signing this Contract.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the Event Date.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel this Agreement with written notice. If the Client cancels less than 14 days before the Event Date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Fee will be charged. In case of cancellation by the Caterer, a full refund of the deposit will be made within 7 days.

6. Liability and Insurance

The Caterer shall maintain comprehensive liability and workers' compensation insurance to cover any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the Caterer's operations, staff, or services during the event. Proof of insurance will be provided to the Client upon request. The Caterer also agrees to indemnify and hold the Client harmless from any claims arising out of the Caterer's negligence.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

8. Amendments and Governing Law

This Agreement may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
