Copyright Contract

1. Grant of License

5.2 Licensee's Representations

The Licensee represents and warrants that they shall use the copyrighted material in accordance with the terms of this License and all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Indemnification

Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any breach of the representations, warranties, or obligations under this Contract.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through mediation, administered by [Mediation Service] in accordance with its mediation rules.

8. Entire Agreement
