2. PROJECT TIMELINE

This portion provides a timeline for the initiation and advancement of home renovation services, guaranteeing transparency and responsibility concerning project landmarks and time limits, and enabling efficient planning and management.

3. PAYMENT

5. LIABILITY

Under the terms and conditions of this Contract, both parties acknowledge and agree that each party shall be responsible for any negligence, willful misconduct, recklessness, or illegal activities exhibited by them. If such actions or inactions cause damage to the other party, the party at fault becomes liable for the resulting damages.
