1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The individual or business entity, referred to as the Contractor, hereby agrees and commits to perform services related to home remodeling. These mentioned services are described and outlined in detail in this contractual agreement that has been mutually agreed upon and acknowledged by both parties involved.

2. PROJECT TIMELINE

This portion provides a timeline for the initiation and advancement of home renovation services, guaranteeing transparency and responsibility concerning project landmarks and time limits, and enabling efficient planning and management.

  • Commencement Date: The Contractor shall begin home remodeling services on a date mutually agreed upon.

3. PAYMENT

5. LIABILITY

If such actions or inactions cause damage to the other party, the party at fault becomes liable for the resulting damages.
