Guarantor Contract
This Guarantor Contract ("Contract") is entered into on June 10, 2050, between [Landlord's Name], referred to herein as the "Landlord", and [Guarantor's Name], referred to herein as the "Guarantor". This Contract outlines the terms and conditions under which the Guarantor agrees to guarantee the rent payment and property maintenance obligations of the Tenant, as specified in the Rental Contract between the Landlord and the Tenant.
Engagement
The Guarantor agrees to act as a guarantor for the Tenant's obligations under the Rental Contract, specifically guaranteeing the payment of rent and ensuring the fulfillment of property maintenance obligations as outlined in the Rental Contract.
Term
This Contract will begin operations on the effective date that has been mentioned in this document. The Contract will continue to be fully operational, carrying out its duties and maintaining its power until time it has been terminated. The conditions for the termination of this Contract have also been specified in this document.
Work Allocation

The Guarantor's primary responsibility shall be to ensure the timely payment of rent by the Tenant and to fulfill any property maintenance obligations outlined in the Rental Contract.

The Guarantor shall not be required to perform any additional duties beyond those explicitly stated herein.
Compensation

It shall remain the provision under this contract, that neither compensation nor remuneration of any sort will be given to the Guarantor for assuming the role and facilitating the responsibilities pertinent to the position of a guarantor.

This regulation remains effective and binding under the conditions of this contractual agreement.
Rights and Obligations

The Guarantor shall guarantee the payment of rent by the Tenant to the Landlord as specified in the Rental Contract.

The Guarantor shall ensure the Tenant's compliance with property maintenance obligations as outlined in the Rental Contract.

In the event of default by the Tenant, the Guarantor shall be liable for fulfilling the Tenant's obligations under the Rental Contract, including but not limited to the payment of rent and property maintenance costs.

The Guarantor shall promptly notify the Landlord of any breach of the Rental Contract by the Tenant.
Termination
This Contract may be terminated:

By mutual written contract of the Landlord and the Guarantor.

Automatically upon the termination of the Rental Contract between the Landlord and the Tenant.

In the event of a material breach of this Contract by either party, provided that written notice of such breach is given to the breaching party, allowing a reasonable cure period.
Confidentiality
The Guarantor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information disclosed by the Landlord in connection with this Contract and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the Landlord's prior written consent.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be subjected to governance and interpretation under the laws of the specified jurisdiction, namely [Jurisdiction]. This is to be followed irrespective of any potential discordance with its principles relating to the conflict of laws.
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
