SECURITY GUARD CONTRACT

This Security Guard Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider," and [Client Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "Client," collectively referred to as "Parties."

1. Introduction

This Contract outlines the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will deliver security guard services to the Client. 2. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services:

• Regular security patrols of the premises

• Continuous monitoring of the premises using surveillance equipment, as applicable

• Immediate emergency response to security incidents

• Detailed reporting of all incidents occurring on the premises

• Any additional services as agreed upon by both Parties

3. Term of Agreement

This Contract shall commence on April 1, 2050, and shall continue in effect until March 31, 2051, unless sooner terminated by either Party under the terms of this Contract.

4. Payment Terms

• Fee Structure: The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee of $5,000 per month for the services rendered under this Contract.

• Invoicing: The Service Provider shall invoice the Client monthly, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.

• Late Payments: Late payments shall incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Duties and Responsibilities

• Service Provider: This shall ensure that all security guards are fully trained, hold the necessary qualifications, and adhere to the professional standards required for the provision of the services described herein.

• Client: Shall provide the Service Provider with access to the premises and any necessary equipment or resources required to perform the services effectively.

6. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the term of this Contract and for [Duration] years thereafter.

7. Liability and Insurance

The Service Provider shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and ensure that all employed security guards are covered by workers' compensation insurance.
