CAR RENTAL CONTRACT DESIGN
This Auto Vehicle Rental Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of June 10, 2053 (the "Effective Date"), by and between LunaPak, a company organized and existing under the laws of United States, with a principal office at Dayton, OH 45402 (the "Company") and [Your Name], an individual with her main place of residence located at Salem, OR 97301 (the "Renter"), together referred to as the ("Parties").

II. Rental Term
This Rental Contract is effective from June 10, 2053, and continues until June 17, 2053, unless terminated earlier by the terms outlined in this contract.

Late payments will incur a penalty of $10 per day after the due date. Failure to make payments within 7 days will result in the termination of this contract and possible legal action.
IV. Security Deposit
The Renter agrees to deposit $100 as a security deposit upon signing this contract. This deposit will cover any damages caused by the Renter or anyone associated with the Renter during the rental period.
The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter after the vehicle is returned in good condition, less any applicable charges for damages or outstanding payments.
V. Repair and Maintenance
The Renter must promptly report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle to the Company. The Company will provide the necessary servicing.

The Company will cover the cost of any repairs due to normal wear and tear.

The Renter is responsible for all costs associated with damages caused by misuse, such as tire damage, scratches, and accidents.
VI. Insurance
The Renter must provide and maintain the following insurance coverage for the entire rental period:

Proof of insurance must be provided to the Company before the vehicle is handed over to the Renter. Failure to maintain the required insurance will result in the immediate termination of this contract, and the Renter may be liable for any damages or losses during the rental period.
VII. Use of Vehicle
The Renter agrees to use the rented vehicle solely for personal and private purposes. The vehicle is not authorized for any other type of use, including but not limited to:

Towing or transporting goods

Off-road driving
Unauthorized use of the vehicle will result in the termination of the contract and forfeiture of the security deposit.
VIII. Return of Vehicle
Upon the end of the rental term, the Renter will return the vehicle to the agreed location, clean and in good working condition.

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, the Renter will be charged an additional $25 refueling fee, plus the cost of the fuel.
Any damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the Company to avoid additional charges.
IX. Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless the Company from any losses, claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind that may arise from:

Any violation of this Contract

Any use or misuse of the vehicle by the Renter or authorized drivers
The Renter shall be responsible for any legal costs or damages resulting from the Renter’s actions or failure to comply with this agreement.
X. Governing Law
This contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this contract will be handled by the courts in Montgomery County, Ohio.
XI. Entire Contract
This document contains the entire agreement between the Parties, and no other promises or conditions are valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties. No oral modifications to this contract are allowed.
