SECOND SHOOTER CONTRACT

This Second Shooter Contract is entered into this [Date], (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Primary Photographer's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Primary Photographer," with a business address at [Primary Photographer's Address], and [Second Shooter's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Second Shooter," with a residential address at [Second Shooter's Address].

1. Scope of Work

a. Services: The Second Shooter agrees to provide photography services to the Primary Photographer on [Event Date(s)] at [Event Location(s)].

b. Duties: The Second Shooter shall assist the Primary Photographer in capturing images, following the guidelines and directions provided by the Primary Photographer.

c. Hours: The Second Shooter shall be available to work for [number] of hours on the Event Date(s), starting from [start time] to [end time].

2. Compensation

a. Payment: In consideration for the services provided, the Primary Photographer shall pay the Second Shooter a total fee of [Amount] for the entire duration of the event(s). Payment shall be made within [number] days of the completion of services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• License: The Second Shooter hereby grants the Primary Photographer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs for promotional and commercial purposes.

4. Confidentiality

The Second Shooter agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by the Primary Photographer during the course of the engagement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party at least [number] days prior to the termination date.

6. Miscellaneous

1. Independent Contractor: The Second Shooter acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Primary Photographer.
