FREELANCE BOOKKEEPING CONTRACT

This Freelance Bookkeeping Contract (the "Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Name], with a principal place of business located at [Your Address] (the "Client"), and [Freelancer Name], a freelance bookkeeper, with a principal place of business located at [Freelancer Address] (the "Freelancer").

1. Scope of Services

2. Term and Termination

This Contract shall commence on April 1, 2050, and continue indefinitely until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate this Contract for cause immediately upon written notice to the other party.

3. Compensation

The Client agrees to pay the Freelancer a fixed rate of $1,500 for services rendered under this Contract. Payments shall be made monthly, with the first payment due on April 30, 2050.

4. Confidentiality

The Freelancer agrees to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all financial information and records of the Client. This includes not disclosing, using, or allowing access to any such information without the Client's explicit written consent, except as legally required. The Freelancer will implement reasonable security measures to protect this information, both during and after the term of this contract, ensuring that confidentiality obligations are upheld indefinitely, unless released in writing by the Client.

5. Liability and Indemnification

The Freelancer shall perform the services to the best of their ability and in accordance with professional standards. The Freelancer is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Client except due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Client agrees to indemnify the Freelancer against all claims arising from the Freelancer's services under this Contract, except those resulting from Freelancer's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Independent Contractor Status

The Freelancer is an independent contractor, and nothing in this Contract shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship between the Client and the Freelancer.

7. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
