Warranty Contract

This Warranty Contract ("Contract") is entered into between [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Manufacturer"), and [Buyer Name], located at [Buyer Address] ("Buyer"), as of 15th day of June 2055.

1. PRODUCT COVERED

The Manufacturer hereby warrants the product purchased by the Buyer, namely QuantumPhone X, with serial number QPX20550615, ("Product"), to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

During the Warranty Period, the Manufacturer agrees to repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts or components of the Product, subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract.

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS

In the event of a warranty claim, the Buyer must notify the Manufacturer promptly and provide proof of purchase. The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the Product to determine the nature and cause of the defect.

4. LIMITATIONS

This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or natural disasters. It also does not cover consumable parts or normal wear and tear.

5. REMEDIES

If the Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period and the defect is covered under this Contract, the Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the Product, or refund the purchase price.

6. EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES

Except for the express warranties provided herein, the Manufacturer disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Contract or the use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
