II. Training Program Overview

The Employer agrees to provide the Employee with training in the following areas:

  • Cleaning procedures for residential and commercial properties.

  • Proper handling and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

  • Safety protocols and procedures, including handling of hazardous materials.

  • Customer service and communication skills.

  • Any additional training modules deemed necessary by the Employer.

III. Training Schedule

Training sessions for our employees will be scheduled on the designated days of the week, which will commence from a specified start time and conclude at a given end time. All such training activities are slated to take place at the premises of our office which is located at your company address. IV. Compensation During Training

V. Employment Terms

Upon successful completion of the training program, the Employee will be employed as a Cleaning Technician with the following terms:

  • Work hours: The Employee is expected to work [40] hours per week, with shifts scheduled between [8:00 AM and 5:00 PM], [Monday through Friday].

  • Salary: The Employee will receive a starting salary of [$15.00] per hour.

VI. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

During and after the employment relationship, the Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data of the Employer. The Employee shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the Employer.

VII. Non-Compete Clause

The Employee agrees not to engage in any employment, business, or activities that compete with the services offered by the Employer during the term of employment and for a period of one year after termination of employment, within a radius of 50 miles from the primary location of the Employer's business.

During this period, the Employee shall refrain from directly or indirectly soliciting or engaging in any business activities with clients or customers of the Employer, whether for personal gain or for the benefit of any other person or entity.

Furthermore, the Employee acknowledges that the restrictive covenants contained herein are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Employer and its goodwill.

VIII. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time with two weeks' prior written notice. Termination may occur with or without cause, subject to applicable employment laws and regulations.

In the event of termination, the Employer agrees to provide the Employee with severance pay equivalent to two weeks' salary for each full year of service, up to a maximum of eight weeks of severance pay.

However, the Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee's employment immediately and without prior notice in cases of gross misconduct, violation of company policies, or breach of the terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, the Employee agrees to return all company property and confidential information in their possession and cooperate with the Employer in the transition of duties, as necessary.

IX. Governing Law

This Agreement, as well as all the terms and conditions specified within, will be subject to the workings of, interpreted, and carried out in conformity with the laws enforced within the jurisdiction of the specified [State / Province].

Any disagreement, argument, or conflict that arises under this Agreement or in direct relation to it, will have to be settled solely and exclusively within the premises of the courts that operate under the laws of the aforementioned [State / Province].
