Venue Rental Contract

This Venue Rental Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between [YOUR NAME], located at [Venue Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Venue Owner"), and [Renter's Name], located at [Renter's Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Renter").

1. RENTAL DETAILS

1.1 Venue

The Venue Owner agrees to rent the premises located at 123 Main Street, Cityville, State of Bliss (hereinafter referred to as the "Venue") to the Renter for the specific event or purpose of hosting a corporate gala dinner.

1.2 Event/Purpose

The individual who is renting, herein referred to as "the Renter", is agreeing with clear understanding and acceptance of the condition that the use of the venue they are renting is exclusively to host a corporate event, specifically a gala dinner.

1.3 Date and Time

The rental period shall commence on the 15th day of April 2050 at 6:00 PM and shall terminate on the same day at 11:00 PM. Any extension of this period shall be subject to the mutual agreement of both parties.

1.4 Access

The Venue Owner shall provide access to the Venue to the Renter from 4:00 PM on the day of the event until midnight for cleanup.

2. RENTAL FEE:

2.1 Amount

The Renter shall pay a rental fee of $2000 for the use of the Venue.

2.2 Payment Schedule:

The rental fee shall be paid in full no later than March 31, 2050, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between both parties.

2.3 Security Deposit:

The Renter shall also provide a security deposit of $500, which shall be returned within 14 days after the event, provided there are no damages to the Venue or violations of the terms of this Contract.

3. USE OF VENUE:

3.1 Compliance

The Renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances during the rental period.

3.2 Restrictions

The Renter shall not use the Venue for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, nor shall the Renter sublease, assign, or transfer the rights granted under this Contract without the prior written consent of the Venue Owner.

3.3 Noise and Disturbance

The Renter shall ensure that noise levels and activities associated with the event do not disturb neighboring properties or residents.

3.4 Licenses and Permits

The Renter shall obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals required for the event and shall provide copies to the Venue Owner upon request.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES:

4.1 Venue Owner

The Venue Owner shall maintain the Venue in a clean and safe condition and shall provide any necessary utilities or services agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Renter

The Renter shall be responsible for any damages caused to the Venue during the rental period and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Venue Owner from any liability arising from the Renter's use of the Venue.

4.3 Insurance

The Renter shall maintain adequate liability insurance coverage for the event and shall provide proof of insurance to the Venue Owner upon request.

5. CANCELLATION:

5.1 Cancellation by Renter

In the event of cancellation by the Renter, the rental fee shall be subject to the following cancellation charges:

  • 50% of the rental fee if canceled more than 30 days before the event.

  • 100% of the rental fee if canceled less than 30 days before the event.

5.2 Cancellation by Venue Owner

If the Venue becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Venue Owner's control, the Venue Owner may cancel this Contract without liability, and any rental fees paid by the Renter shall be refunded in full.

6. GOVERNING LAW

The governance and interpretation of this Contract will be in agreement with the laws and regulations active in the State of Bliss. This is irrespective of and without concern for any principles of law that might usually guide the resolution of legal disputes that involve laws from different jurisdictions within this state.

7. Entire Agreement:

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
