Independent Contract

This Independent Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], ("Effective Date"), by and between [Your Company Name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [Your Country/State], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and [Contractor Name], an individual residing at [Contractor Address] ("Contractor").

Scope of Work

2. The Contractor hereby assigns to the Company all rights, title, and interest in and to the Work Product, including all intellectual property rights therein.

Termination
