2. Employment
The Employer hereby agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee hereby agrees to accept employment with the Employer, on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3. Positions and Duties
The Employee shall be employed in the position of [Job Title] and shall perform the duties and responsibilities associated with said position as determined by the Employer. The Employee agrees to devote their full time, attention, and abilities to the performance of their duties.
