Work Agreement Contract

1. Introduction

This Work Agreement Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Client"), and [Independent Contractor's Name], located at [Contractor's Address] ("Contractor").

2. Scope of Work

The Contractor agrees to perform the following work for the Client:

7. Warranty

7.1 Workmanship and Materials

7.2 Defects and Remedies

The Contractor further warrants that the completed work will be free from defects for one year from substantial completion. During this period, the Contractor will promptly address any defects at no extra cost to the Client.

8. Indemnification

The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any losses or damages resulting from a breach of this Contract or any negligent or willful act or omission by the Contractor.

9. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Dispute Resolution
