5. Insurance and Indemnification

Indemnification: The Organizer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Organizer's use of the Venue. This includes but is not limited to injuries to guests, damage to property, or any violations of laws or regulations during the event.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party at least [Number] days prior to the scheduled event date. In the event of termination, any deposits paid shall be forfeited, and neither party shall have any further obligations under this Contract.
