Record Label Contract

This contract ("Contract") is made and entered into on [date], by and between [Record Label Name], with its principal place of business located at 606 Corbin Branch Road Kingsport, TN 37663 ("Label"), and [Artist Name], with its principal place of business located at 224 Langtown Road Toledo, OH 43602 ("Artist").

Engagement

1. Artist Engagement: The Label hereby engages the Artist, and the Artist accepts engagement by the Label, to record and deliver musical recordings to the Label, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Scope of Engagement: The Artist agrees to provide the Label with exclusive rights to distribute, promote, and exploit the Artist's musical recordings during the Term (defined below).

Term

1. Commencement: This contract shall commence on [date] ("Commencement Date") and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of [duration] years ("Initial Term").

2. Extension: Upon mutual written contract, the parties may extend the Initial Term for additional periods on terms to be negotiated in good faith.

Work Allocation

Termination
