Freelance Video Contract

1. Introduction

This Freelance Video Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into on [Date of Contract Execution] by and between:

2. Scope of Work

The Freelancer agrees to provide video production services for the Client as follows:

The Freelancer will produce a series of promotional videos showcasing the Client's products and services.

2.2 Specific Tasks and Deliverables

The Freelancer will shoot, edit, and deliver three promotional videos, each highlighting different aspects of the Client's offerings.

2.3 Deadline for Completion

The entire project must be completed within 60 days from the date of contract execution.

3. Compensation

The Client agrees to compensate the Freelancer a total amount of [Total Compensation Amount] for the video project(s) as described above.

3.1 Payment Schedule:

The total compensation amount shall be paid according to the following schedule:

• 50% upfront deposit upon signing the contract

• 25% milestone payment upon delivery of the first draft

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the Freelancer hereby transfers all intellectual property rights to the Client.

Usage Rights

The Client is granted unlimited usage rights for the video(s) for promotional purposes. Any usage beyond the agreed-upon scope must be approved by the Freelancer.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information and materials.

6. Revisions and Alterations

6.1 Number of Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the contract.

6.2 Process for Revisions

Revisions may be requested by the Client in writing. The Freelancer will implement revisions within 5 business days.

6.3 Additional Fees

Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon number will incur additional fees of $50 per hour.

7. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this Contract under the following conditions:

• Breach of contract by either party

• Failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines

• Termination must be communicated in writing with a notice period of 30 days.

8. Indemnification

The Freelancer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Freelancer's work.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.

10.6 Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
