Freelance Designer Contract
This Freelance Designer Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of this May 10, 2050, by and between [Client's Name] with its principal place of business located at 4948 Findley Avenue Mclaughlin, ND 57642 ("Client") and [Designer's Name], with its principal place of business at 1404 Stuart Street Portland, PA 97205 ("Designer").
1. Engagement
The Client hereby engages the Designer to provide graphic design services as described in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Services"). The Designer agrees to provide such Services under the terms and conditions of this Contract.
2. Term
The commencement of his contract will begin on the established effective date. It will continue to be in effect until all of the services that are stipulated in the contract have been completely fulfilled. However, the contract may be terminated earlier than this if all terms that have been written and agreed upon within the contract itself have been met before the completion of the services.
3. Work Allocation
The Designer shall diligently perform the Services and allocate the necessary time, skill, and resources to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any modifications or changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Compensation
In consideration for the Services provided by the Designer, the Client shall pay the Designer the sum of [Insert Amount] ("Fee"). Payment shall be made in [Insert Payment Terms] upon completion of the Services. The Client agrees to pay any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Designer in connection with the Services, subject to prior written approval.
5. Rights and Obligations

Upon full payment of the Fee, the Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in Exhibit A.
5.2. Client Materials:

The Client shall provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the completion of the Services promptly.

The Client represents and warrants that it has the legal right to use any materials provided to the Designer.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of any provision herein. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Designer for all Services rendered up to the date of termination under Section 4.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties involved in this contract mutually agreed to protect the confidentiality of any valuable or sensitive data that may be revealed throughout the contract period. It's crucial to stress that this commitment extends and continues even after the contract officially ends or is completed - It's a responsibility designed to outlive the Contract's duration.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction].
9. Entire Agreement
