Boxing Contract

3. The Boxers shall professionally represent themselves during all promotional events and media appearances.

IV. Manager's Obligations and Responsibilities

1. The Manager shall negotiate and secure lucrative match opportunities for the Boxer.

2. The Manager agrees to handle all logistical arrangements for the boxing matches, including travel, accommodations, and medical requirements.

3. The Manager shall act in the best interests of the Boxer at all times and seek to maximize their career opportunities.

V. Compensation

1. The Boxer shall receive a flat fee of $10,000 for each boxing match.

2. The Manager shall be entitled to 15% of the Boxer's earnings as compensation for their services.

VI. Termination
