Statement Of Work (SOW) Contract

I. Description of Service

he Service Provider agrees to provide IT Consulting Services, including but not limited to software development, system integration, and technical support, as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

II. Scope of Work

The scope of work shall encompass all tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables necessary to complete the IT Consulting Services in accordance with industry standards and the Client's requirements as outlined in Exhibit A.

III. Payment Terms

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a total fee of $50,000 for the services rendered under this Contract. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in Exhibit B attached hereto.

IV. Term and Termination
