Voice Over Contract

This Voice Over Services Contract ("Contract") is entered on this [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Your Name], a voice actor, with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Voice Actor"), and [Client Name], a client, with its place of business at [Client Address] ("Client").

1. SERVICES.

Voice Actor agrees to provide voice-over services for Client ("Services"), as specifically described in the Statement of Work attached hereto and incorporated by reference into this Contract.

2. COMPENSATION.

As consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay Voice Actor [Amount in words (Amount in numeric)]. Said payment shall be made on or before [Payment Date].

3. CONFIDENTIALITY.

During this Contract, either Party may obtain confidential information about the other Party. Such information must be treated as confidential and not disclosed without the other Party’s prior written consent.

4. TERM & TERMINATION.

This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect until the Services are completed unless earlier terminated as provided herein. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon notice to the other Party.

5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between the Parties. The Voice Actor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client.

6. INDEMNIFICATION.

Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, and expenses related to a violation of this Contract.

7. FORCE MAJEURE.

No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. GOVERNING LAW.

This Contract shall be construed following and governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This Contract including any attachments incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire Contract between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
