THIS LEASE Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into this day of, [DATE] by and between [Your Name], (hereinafter “Landlord”), legally doing business at [Your Company Address], and [Tenant Name] (hereinafter “Rental") having a permanent address at [TENANT ADDRESS]
The landlord rents to the Tenant and the Tenant rents from the Landlord to the premises located at [Your Company Address]. The premises will be used for residential purposes only.
