I. Employment and Duties

III. Compensation

V. Confidentiality Agreement

VI. Non-Compete

VII. Termination

This Contract constitutes the entire contract between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous contracts and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
