Bridal Contract

BRIDAL CONTRACT

This Bridal Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [DATE], between [CLIENT'S NAME] ("Clients") and [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Service Provider"). The Client and the Service Provider agree to the following terms and conditions outlined herein for the provision of wedding services:

  • Decoration services: Venue decoration and floral arrangements.

  • Entertainment arrangements: Music and entertainment during the event.

  • Transportation services: Coordination of transportation for the bridal party.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Clients:

  • Refund Policy: Full refund if canceled within 60 days of the event; 50% refund if canceled within 30 days.

4.2 Cancellation by Service Provider:

  • Circumstances under which the Service Provider may cancel: Extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Refund Policy: Full refund if canceled by the Service Provider; alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Clients' Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary information and preferences

  • Cooperate with the Service Provider

5.2 Service Provider's Responsibilities:

  • Provide services as outlined in the contract

  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of services

6. Liability

6.1 Service Provider's Liability:

  • Limitation of liability for unforeseen circumstances: Limited to the amount paid by the Clients

  • Indemnification clause: Clients agree to indemnify the Service Provider against any claims arising from their actions or omissions.

6.2 Clients' Liability:

  • Responsibility for damages caused by the Clients or their guests: Clients agree to compensate for any damages incurred.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Definition of Force Majeure Events:

8. Dispute Resolution
