3 Month Employment Contract
This Employment Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between [Employer Name], with its principal place of business at 4223 Goldleaf Lane Elizabeth, NJ 07201, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and [Employee Name], of legal age, with address at2268 Hilltop Street Springfield, MA 01109, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee," effective from [Start Date].
Engagement

Generate insightful reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to meet client needs and increase revenue.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

The Employer retains the prerogative to adjust the duties and responsibilities as necessitated by operational exigencies.
Compensation
In recognition of the services provided by the Employee, the Employer commits to remunerating the Employee with a monthly salary of [Salary Amount], disbursed on a [frequency] basis.
Rights and Obligations
a. Employee Rights:

b. Employer Rights:

The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee's engagement at any time during the probationary period, with or without cause.

The Employer may conduct performance evaluations during the probationary period to evaluate the Employee's suitability for permanent employment.
Termination
Either party reserves the right to terminate this Contract by providing [notice period] written notice to the other party. Notwithstanding, the Employer retains the authority to terminate the Employee's employment immediately for just cause, including but not limited to misconduct, substandard performance, or contractual breach.
Confidentiality
