  • Make gifts on my behalf as permitted by law;

  • Exercise all other powers related to the management of my financial affairs as if I were personally present.

LIMITATIONS

Despite the broad authority granted to my Agent, I impose the following limitations on the exercise of such authority:

  1. Real Property Transactions: My Agent may not purchase, sell, or otherwise transfer any real property owned by me to themselves or any person or entity related to them unless specifically authorized by me in writing.

  2. Gifts: My Agent may not make gifts of my property to themselves or any person or entity related to them unless specifically authorized by me in writing or permitted by law.

  3. Personal Benefits: My Agent may not use my assets for their benefit or gain unless specifically authorized by me in writing or permitted by law.

  4. Investments: My Agent shall exercise prudent judgment and act in my best interests when making investment decisions on my behalf, taking into consideration my investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.

TERMINATION

This POA may be terminated under the following circumstances:

  1. Revocation by Principal: I reserve the right to revoke or terminate this POA at any time by providing written notice to my Agent.

  2. Death of Principal: This POA shall automatically terminate upon my death.
