E. Legal Affairs:
To initiate, conduct, settle, or oppose any legal proceedings on behalf of the Principal, including the execution of documents, agreements, settlements, or other legal instruments.
II. Term
This Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately upon execution and shall remain in effect until it is revoked by the Principal or upon the death of the Principal unless otherwise specified.
III. Revocation
The Principal may revoke this Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to the Agent.
