ALBERTA POWER OF ATTORNEY
This Power of Attorney is made effective as of [Date] by [Your Name], of [Your Company Address], in the Province of Alberta, herein referred to as the "Principal," appointing [Agent's Full Name], of [Agent's Address], in the Province of Alberta, herein referred to as the "Agent," to act on the Principal's behalf as specified herein.
I. Appointment of Agent
The Principal does hereby appoint the Agent as their lawful Attorney-in-Fact to manage and conduct all matters relating to the Principal's financial affairs and properties, to act in the Principal's name, place, and stead in any way which the Principal themselves could do if personally present, with full power and authority for these purposes, including, but not limited to, the following specified roles and responsibilities:

To buy, sell, lease, rent, manage, and otherwise deal with real estate properties owned by the Principal, including the execution of deeds, mortgages, leases, and sales agreements, subject to the laws of Alberta.

Investment Decisions:
To manage the Principal’s investment portfolio, including the power to buy, sell, exchange, transfer, and invest in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment instruments, as well as to vote in shareholder meetings, and execute all actions deemed necessary by the Agent to manage the investments prudently.

Legal Affairs:
To represent the Principal in all legal matters concerning financial affairs and property, including but not limited to, executing contracts, filing or defending legal claims, and engaging legal representation as necessary.

Tax Matters:
To prepare, sign, and file federal, provincial, and local tax documents, including returns, refund claims, petitions for reassessment, and any other document necessary to comply with Alberta and Canadian tax laws and regulations.
II. Duration
This Power of Attorney shall commence on the date first above written and shall remain in full force and effect until it is revoked by the Principal through a written document or upon the Principal’s death, whichever occurs first.
III. Revocation
The Principal may revoke this Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to the Agent. This revocation will be effective immediately upon receipt of said notice by the Agent.
IV. Governing Law
This Power of Attorney shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Province of Alberta.
