Shipping Power of Attorney
This Shipping Power of Attorney ("POA") is made on [Date], between [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal"), and [Name of Agent], located at [Address of Agent] (hereinafter referred to as the "Agent").

III. Duration of Authority

IV. Revocation
