6. Green Building Standards:

The Parties shall strive to achieve and maintain green building certifications or standards, such as LEED or BREEAM, where applicable and feasible.

7. Environmental Assessment:

The Parties shall conduct thorough environmental assessments and due diligence prior to property acquisition or development, identifying and addressing potential environmental risks.

8. Community Engagement:

The Parties shall actively engage in community initiatives related to environmental conservation and sustainability, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

9. Monitoring and Reporting:
