Section 1: Definitions

2.2. Vehicles must not obstruct traffic flow or impede emergency services. Any vehicle found in violation may be subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.

2.3. Parking meters must be paid during the designated hours of operation, and vehicles must vacate the space promptly upon expiration of the paid time limit.

2.4. Unauthorized parking in designated accessible parking spaces without a valid permit is strictly prohibited and subject to fines and towing.

Section 3: Municipal Parking Lots
