Article I. Purpose

Article II: Definitions

  3. "Common Elements": Portions of the condominium property not included in any unit.

  4. "Declaration": The recorded declaration of condominium establishing the condominium.

Article III: Updates and Revisions

Section 3.1: Authority The Board shall have the authority to propose updates or revisions to these bylaws as necessary to adapt to changes in laws, community needs, or operational procedures. Such proposals shall be presented to the unit owners for approval following the procedures outlined herein.

Section 3.2: Notice Before proposing any updates or revisions to these bylaws, the Board shall provide written notice to all unit owners detailing the proposed changes and the reasons for such changes. This notice shall be provided at least [insert time frame] days before the meeting at which the proposed changes will be discussed.

Section 3.3: Unit Owner Approval Any proposed updates or revisions to these bylaws shall require the approval of a majority of the unit owners present at a meeting duly called for such purpose.
