Background:

The parties recognize the importance of maintaining a secure environment within the nursing home facility to promote the health and welfare of all residents and personnel.
Agreement:
1. Security Services:
1.1 The Facility agrees to provide security services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These services shall be designed to mitigate risks and ensure the safety and security of the nursing home environment. The Facility shall conduct regular assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures.
1.2 Security services may include but are not limited to:

2. Scope of Services:
2.1 The Facility shall assess the Client's security needs and develop a customized security plan tailored to the Client's requirements. This plan shall be reviewed periodically and adjusted as necessary to address emerging threats or changes in the nursing home environment. The Facility shall provide ongoing training to security personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
2.2 The Facility shall deploy qualified security personnel and necessary equipment to implement the security plan effectively. These personnel shall undergo thorough background checks and training to ensure they meet the Facility's standards for professionalism and competence.
3. Term:
3.1 This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue for a period of [Duration] unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein.
