Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executive office. Manage communication flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Manage an efficient filing system to ensure quick retrieval of documentation.

Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Assist in planning and execution of nursing home events and functions.

Project Management: Assist with project management for special projects as assigned by the executive team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives.

Policy and Procedure Support: Help in developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality on all sensitive information and documents related to the organization and its residents.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other office management tools and software.
