Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our mission and values, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents. Lead and inspire our team to achieve excellence in all aspects of our operation.

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring efficient management of resources, high standards of care, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring financial sustainability while prioritizing resident care and facility improvements. Monitor financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet organizational goals.

Staff Development: Recruit, hire, and train a competent and caring staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and teamwork. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote high levels of performance.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor systems to maintain and improve the quality of care and services provided to residents. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Address and resolve any issues that may impact the quality of care or the well-being of residents.

Community Relations: Serve as the primary representative of our organization to the community, families of residents, and professional partners. Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance our reputation and community engagement.

Resident Experience: Ensure that the needs and preferences of residents are met, promoting their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Engage with residents and their families to gather feedback and address concerns.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or nursing home setting.

Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team in a complex environment.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices in nursing home care.
