Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor systems to maintain and improve the quality of care and services provided to residents. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Address and resolve any issues that may impact the quality of care or the well-being of residents.

  • Community Relations: Serve as the primary representative of our organization to the community, families of residents, and professional partners. Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance our reputation and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or nursing home setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team in a complex environment.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices in nursing home care.
