Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all safety and security operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.

Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security risks or safety hazards.

Staff Training: Provide training to staff on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and security measures.

Incident Reporting and Investigation: Oversee the documentation and investigation of security incidents or safety violations, taking corrective actions as necessary.

Liaison with External Agencies: Act as the primary contact for law enforcement, emergency services, and other external agencies regarding safety and security matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in security or emergency management are a plus.

Proven experience in a security or safety role, preferably within a healthcare or residential setting.
