Agreement for Advertisements Involving Publicity Rights
This Publicity Rights Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [November 23, 2050], by and between [Your Partner Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."
1. GRANT OF RIGHTS
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee the exclusive rights to use the Licensor's name, image, likeness, and other aspects of their persona ("Publicity Rights") for the sole purpose of advertising and promoting the Licensee's cutting-edge digital products and services, including AI-driven solutions and cybersecurity innovations.
2.DURATION OF USE
The rights granted herein shall commence on [November 30, 2050] and shall continue for a period of twenty four (24) months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. SCOPE OF USE
The Licensee is authorized to use the Publicity Rights in the following manner:

4. COMPENSATION
In consideration for the rights granted, the Licensee agrees to compensate the Licensor in the amount of fifty thousand (50,000) dollars, payable in two (2) equal installments of twenty five thousand (25,000) dollars each, with the first payment due upon the execution of this Agreement and subsequent payments on a quarterly basis.
5. APPROVAL RIGHTS
The Licensor shall have the right to review and approve all advertising materials featuring their Publicity Rights before publication. The Licensee shall submit draft materials to the Licensor no later than ten (10) days before the intended publication date.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the unauthorized use of the Publicity Rights or any breach of this Agreement.
7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement. Termination shall be effective thirty (30) days after the receipt of written notice, unless the breach is cured within said period.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State of California], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years thereafter.
