FEE AGREEMENT
This Fee Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Date], between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and [Client's Name], located at [Client's Address], hereinafter referred to as "Client." Provider and Client may be referred to individually as "Party" or collectively as "Parties."
I. Scope of Services
Provider agrees to provide the following services to Client:
(a) Marketing consultation and strategy development.
(b) Social media management including content creation and posting.
(c) Monthly analytics reporting and performance evaluation.
II. Fees and Payment Terms
2.1 Fee Structure: The fees for services provided by the Provider shall be as follows:
(a) Hourly Rate: [Amount] per hour.
(b) Fixed Fee: [Amount] per month for social media management.
(c) Other: Any additional expenses incurred during the provision of services, such as advertising costs, shall be reimbursed by the Client upon presentation of receipts.
2.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made by the following schedule:

(b) Hourly consultation fees shall be invoiced bi-weekly and shall be payable within 15 days of the date of the invoice.

III. Term and Termination
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either Party upon 30 days written notice.
3.2 Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other Party for any reason.
IV. Responsibilities of Parties
4.1 Responsibilities of Provider
Offer professional and punctual marketing advice and social media management, with the provision of marketing plans, content schedules, and monthly analytical data. Any exclusive data acquired during the service period will be kept confidential.
4.2 Responsibilities of Client
Supply requisite details and resources such as branding directives and social media account access to aid in service provision, pay as per mutually agreed terms, and work together with the service provider to devise and execute marketing tactics.
V. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the services. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
VI. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country].
VII. Miscellaneous
7.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
