On April 15, 2050, [Your Name], known henceforth as "Landlord", residing at [Your Company Address] has counter-signed this Storage Rental Agreement ("Agreement") with [Tenant's Name], known henceforth as "Tenant", who resides at [Tenant's Address].
1. Rental Property
Landlord hereby rents to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord, for use solely as a storage unit, the following described property (the "Storage Unit"):
Description of Storage Unit: Unit 101, 10'x10' climate-controlled storage unit located at [Your Company Address].
2. Term of Agreement
The term of this Agreement shall commence on April 15, 2050, and shall continue for 12 months, unless terminated earlier by the terms herein.
3. Rental Fee
Tenant shall pay a monthly rental fee of $100 to Landlord for the use of the Storage Unit. The first payment is due on April 15, 2050, and subsequent payments are due on the same day of each month thereafter.
4. Security Deposit
Tenant shall deposit with Landlord a security deposit of $200 upon signing this Agreement. This deposit shall be held by the Landlord as security for the faithful performance by the Tenant of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
5. Access and Use
Tenant shall have access to the Storage Unit from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Tenant agrees to use the Storage Unit solely to store personal belongings or items agreed upon with Landlord.
6. Maintenance and Care
The tenant agrees to maintain the Storage Unit in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Tenant shall not store any hazardous, illegal, or perishable items in the Storage Unit.
7. Insurance
Tenant acknowledges that Landlord's insurance does not cover Tenant's personal property stored in the Storage Unit. The tenant is encouraged to obtain renter's insurance to cover any loss or damage to personal property.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Tenant shall remove all belongings from the Storage Unit and leave them in a clean and undamaged condition.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country].
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
