I. Parties

II. Property Description

VIII. Behavior
The Tenant pledges to behave himself, as well as demand that other individuals who are present at the premises with the Tenant's permission, behave themselves in a manner that will not disrupt or interfere with the peace of others who are also enjoying the premises.
IX. Compliance with Law
The individual identified as the tenant agrees and fully understands the need to adhere to and meet all obligations that are imposed upon them by any applicable provisions of building regulations, housing, and health codes. In addition, the tenant agrees to abide by all local rental laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, specific regulations that are applicable to tenants who are recipients of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
X. Acknowledgement of SSI Benefits
Both parties hereby acknowledge that the Tenant is receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits from the Social Security Administration and that the provisions of this Agreement are intended to incorporate any specific legal requirements related to such benefits.
