Social Media Agreement

1. Purpose

2. Scope of Work

Influencer agrees to create and publish 10 posts on their social media accounts related to the Company's products/services within the next 2 months.

Each post shall adhere to the agreed-upon content guidelines provided by the Company.

3. Compensation

In consideration of the services rendered, the Company shall pay the Influencer a total compensation of $2,000 for the agreed-upon posts.

Payment shall be made within 30 days of the completion and approval of all posts.

4. Content Ownership

The company shall have the exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content created by the Influencer for promotional purposes.

Influencer acknowledges and agrees that Company owns all rights, title, and interest in and to such content.

5. Disclosure and Compliance

Influencers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing advertising and endorsements, including but not limited to disclosing their relationship with the Company in each post.

Influencer shall not make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Company or its products/services.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until all posts are published unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision of this Agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during this Agreement.

8. Governing Law
