Work Agreement

I. Scope of Work

The Employer/Client hereby engages the Employee/Contractor to perform the following tasks:

(d) Manage social media accounts and engagement.

(e) Provide monthly progress reports and recommendations.

II. Responsibilities

2.1 Employer/Client Responsibilities: The Employer/Client agrees to:

(a) Provide necessary resources, materials, and information to enable the Employee/Contractor to perform the work.

(b) Communicate expectations and requirements regarding the scope of work.

(c) Provide timely feedback and guidance as necessary.

(d) Ensure a safe and conducive work environment.

2.2 Employee/Contractor Responsibilities: The Employee/Contractor agrees to:

(a) Perform the tasks outlined in the Scope of Work section to the best of their abilities and promptly.

(b) Communicate promptly with the Employer/Client regarding any issues, delays, or concerns.

(c) Maintain confidentiality as outlined in the Confidentiality section.

(d) Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

III. Compensation

In consideration for the services rendered by the Employee/Contractor, the Employer/Client agrees to pay the following compensation:

(a) Payment Structure: Hourly rate of [Amount].

(b) Payment Schedule: Payment will be made every month, within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.

(c) Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses may be awarded at the discretion of the Employer/Client.

IV Term and Termination

4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party for any reason or no reason.

V. Confidentiality

VI. Intellectual Property

VII. Governing Law
