1. Purpose

h. Education Expenses: The Parties shall share equally in the costs of their children's education, including tuition fees, school supplies, extracurricular activities, and any other related expenses.

6. Health Insurance

The Parties shall maintain health insurance coverage for the benefit of the children, as required by law, and shall cooperate in ensuring that the children receive necessary medical care.

a. Coverage for Children: The Parties shall maintain comprehensive health insurance coverage for their minor children, ensuring access to necessary medical care, including but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision care.

b. Responsibility for Premiums: The Parties shall equally share the responsibility for the premiums associated with the health insurance coverage for the children unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

c. Notification of Changes: Each Party shall promptly notify the other Party of any changes to the health insurance coverage for the children, including changes in coverage, providers, or premium amounts.

d. Cooperation: The Parties shall cooperate in facilitating access to health insurance coverage for the children and shall provide any necessary documentation or information as required by the insurance provider.

7. Confidentiality

The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall not disclose any information contained herein to third parties, except as required by law or with the written consent of both Parties.

8. Amendment and Modification

This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both Parties. Any amendments or modifications shall be deemed effective only when duly executed and shall become an integral part of this Agreement. Amendments or modifications shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of this Agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in the written instrument.
