This Roommate Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned individuals ("Roommates") residing at [Property Address], effective as of the 20th day of January 2050.

1. SHARED PREMISES

1.1 The Roommates jointly agree to lease the residential property located at [Property Address] (the "Premises").

1.2 The Premises include shared areas such as the kitchen, living area, bathroom, and any other common spaces necessary for comfortable living.

1.3 It is understood that the Roommates will collectively occupy and utilize these areas in a respectful and considerate manner, maintaining cleanliness and order at all times.

1.4 Additionally, any modifications or alterations to the shared spaces must be agreed upon by all Roommates in writing to ensure consensus and avoid disputes.

2. RENTAL PAYMENTS

2.2 Each Roommate shall be responsible for their share of utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, internet, and cable.

3. UTILITY AND SERVICE COSTS

3.2 Any additional services required by an individual Roommate will be their sole responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

As a collective entity, the roommates shall be held accountable for the sustained maintenance and upkeep of the rental property. This responsibility encompasses but is not limited to ensuring the cleanliness of the property, seeing to the necessary repairs, and maintaining the yard. Therefore, it is incumbent upon them to ensure that the property is kept in a pristine and livable condition, giving due diligence to all of its aspects.

5. HOUSE RULES

5.1 The Roommates shall abide by all house rules established by the landlord or property manager.

5.2 Any additional house rules agreed upon by the Roommates shall be documented in writing and signed by all parties.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Should a dispute arise concerning the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement, the Roommates commit to seek a peaceful resolution. If the Roommates cannot resolve their disagreements, they may seek mediation or arbitration before proceeding to court.

7. TERMINATION CONDITIONS

7.1 This Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of all Roommates.

7.2 In the event of a dispute or disagreement between Roommates, termination may occur upon written notice of at least 30 days.

7.3 Any Roommate who wishes to vacate the rental property must provide written notice to the remaining Roommates and landlord at least 30 days in advance.

8. SIGNATURES

The undersigned Roommates hereby acknowledge that they have read and understood this Roommate Lease Agreement and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
