Studio Rental Agreement
This Photography Studio Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered on this [DATE], (the "Effective Date") between [Your Name], the Studio Owner, and [Client Name], the Photographer, hereafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
PREMISES
The premises subject to this Agreement is the photography studio located at [Your Company Address] (the "Studio") and owned by [Your Name]. The Studio, including its facilities, lighting, backdrops, and equipment, is to be used exclusively for professional photography and/or filming sessions.
TERM
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and terminate on [End Date]. The Photographer shall return the Studio and all facilities to the Studio Owner in the same condition it was provided, ordinary wear and tear excepted, upon termination of this Agreement.
RATES AND PAYMENT
The Photographer agrees to pay the Studio Owner a rental fee of [Amount] per hour, to be paid in full before the rental date. An additional fee may apply if the Photographer requests to use additional studio equipment or amenities.
USE OF PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT
The Photographer agrees to use the Studio solely to conduct professional photography and/or filming sessions. The Photographer agrees not to exceed the occupancy limit of the Studio and shall uphold all rules and policies of the Studio Owner.
DAMAGE AND INDEMNIFICATION
The Photographer agrees to assume all liability for any damages to the Studio or equipment during the term of this Agreement. The Photographer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio Owner for any loss or liability arising out of the use of the Studio or equipment.
TERMINATION
The Studio Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with prior notice if the Photographer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is binding and shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the state.
